Artist to discuss his 'Soundsuits'
Nick Cave creates elaborate, human-sized sculptures from soft fibers, fabric, plastic, metal and found objects. They're meant to be viewed but also worn, even danced in, and the suits - covered in sequins, intricate hand embroidery, vintage toys or dyed, woven hair - make an otherworldly percussion. Cave calls them "Soundsuits."
